I offer parenting support via email for parents who resonate with an approach based on a connected and compassionate way of relating to both their children and themselves (you can read more about my approach and my background here).
Email support can give you a sense of being heard and understood in your parenting challenges, gently help you to explore situations though the lens of this approach to parenting, and offer you information, insights and effective strategies to meet your parenting needs.
It also serves as a written record of your support, which you can refer back to at any time.
The following email support packages are available:
AUD$65 for 1 hour
AUD$165 for 3 hours
AUD$250 for 5 hours
AUD$450 for 10 hours
One hour of tailored responses to your emails is usually equivalent to 1 lengthy email reply and a short follow up, although this somewhat dependent on how much detail you provide me with in your initial email.
I respond to emails promptly, usually within 24-48 hours, although this depends on the time and day emails are received. I will update you at the end of each reply as to how much time you have remaining.
