So many things are CHANGING drastically at the moment, and we are being called on to adjust to NEW WAYS of doing almost everything in our lives!

There is more UNCERTAINTY than ever, and there are lots of BIG FEELINGS – fear, anger, grief – up for most of us.

Many of us parents are going to be in CLOSE QUARTERS with our kids (and partners, if we have one), for the foreseeable future.

Without the usual SUPPORT that we rely on from child care workers, teachers, family, and friends, and without the kind of CONNECTION that we are used to.

I want you to know that you don’t need to do this alone. I would be honoured to walk alongside you during this time.

I will continue to provide parents with ONLINE SUPPORT VIA EMAIL throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Whether you just need to feel heard and understood, or you’d like strategies to respond to the situation you are faced with, I’m here.

You can write me an email from the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you. In several blocks of time, if necessary, to accommodate interruptions from kids!

Share with me the challenges you are facing, and I will reply by email, usually within 24-48 hours, with empathy, insights and ideas to support yourself and your family.

I see one of the benefits of written support as being that you can keep it close by, and refer to it any time you need a boost or a reminder that, while we may not be in the same room, I’m here with you.

As well as having offered support to parents for a number of years, I’m an experienced home educator, having followed a “natural learning” approach with my son for 10 years.
